What data do we collect about you and for what purpose?

If you use our Portal, we collect your personal data automatically or provided by you voluntarily. Without providing any personal information, you can browse the directory resources. In order to achieve full functionality of the Portal, it is necessary to create a User Account and provide the data necessary to render certain Services (e.g. the payment process) and additional data not required by us (e.g. information in your Listings).

Personal data provided directly by you in the process of: account registration, sending Listings, payment processes, and using contact forms:
– first and last name;
– email address;
– username;
– company name;
– no. EU VAT;
– country;
– address;
– zip code;
– phone number;
– address of the website or social profile;
– gender;
– languages;
– height;
– size of clothing;
– data contained in attachments and multimedia files.

Data collected automatically when you use the Portal Services:
– information about your location, collected using various technologies, including IP address, or GPS;
– login information, including the IP address of your device, operating system version, and the type of your Internet browser;
– information about your activity on the Portal, including registration date, date of successful and unsuccessful login;

What is the purpose of data processing?

We only process your data for the following purposes:
– to provide access and Services through the Portal;
– to ensure the comfort of using the Services provided;

Who do we share your personal data with?

Where and for how long do we store your data?

All collected personal data are stored on properly secured servers. Your data are protected by internal data protection procedures and implemented security systems.
In addition, your personal data used during registration and login uses encrypted data transmission (SSL). This protects your identification data and minimizes the risk of intercepting access to your Account by unauthorized parties or third parties. Remember that despite the measures we have implemented to protect your personal data, sharing information via the Internet or any public network is never completely secure and there is a risk that your personal data will be accessed by unauthorized third parties.

We store your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it has been collected, including legal, tax and accounting obligations or for reporting purposes. If there has been no activity in your Account for more than 24 months, we will delete your Account in accordance with the Terms of Use, including all personal data stored in your Account, which means that you will no longer be able to access and use it.

Your personal data related to the User’s Account is stored for the duration of its possession in the Portal for the purpose of providing the Services as well as for marketing purposes.
After closing your Account, we may store your personal data to the extent and for the period necessary to fulfill our legal obligations or our legitimate interests (e.g. to combat fraud).

Personal data related to cookie technology is stored for a period of time corresponding to the life cycle of the cookie or until you delete it.

Right to limit the processing of your data – that is, the right to cease the processing of your personal data by us.

Right of access your personal data – that is, the right to information concerning the processing of your personal data and at the time of its processing to receive a copy of your personal data.

Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) – this right gives you the opportunity to delete all your data in our database that are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.

Communication & Marketing

We will communicate with you via email or through notifications related to our Portal. By using our Services, you agree to receive emails from us at your address linked to your Account.

The purpose of the communication will be to confirm your registration, inform you about the status of your listings, the payment process, changes in the conditions and functionality of the Services provided by us, planned technical interruptions, and other important matters concerning the Portal. In addition, we may occasionally send you statistical or marketing messages about our Services. Since sending you such messages is necessary from our perspective, you may not be able to opt out.
